IT Support Engineer

Salary: £39,590 - 44,989 per year

Requirements:

• A driving licence is required for this role.
• You must be available to participate in an on-call rota.
• This role is offered as one of two fixed-term contracts for 18 months.

Responsibilities:

• Provide end-user support both remotely and on-site across multiple technologies.
• Deliver excellent customer service by following the processes and procedures that support our end-user estate, systems and infrastructure.
• Advise on and lead technical solutions as new technologies, projects and challenges arise.
