IT Support Analyst
Job Description
Salary: £28,000 - 32,000 per year
Requirements:- Previous experience in an IT Support, Service Desk or Technical Support role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows in client and server environments
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
- Good understanding of networking technologies, including LAN, WAN and Wi-Fi
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A professional, customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering outstanding support
- Act as the first point of contact for all IT-related queries and technical issues
- Diagnose, triage and resolve hardware, software and system issues
- Provide proactive support to minimise downtime and maintain business continuity
- Monitor system performance and escalate complex issues where required
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, requests and resolutions
- Assist with the maintenance and updating of desktop applications and network infrastructure
- Support system upgrades, deployments and rollout projects
- Work within agreed service levels and ensure a high standard of customer service
