IT Support Analyst

Salary: £28,000 - 32,000 per year

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an IT Support, Service Desk or Technical Support role
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows in client and server environments
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
• Good understanding of networking technologies, including LAN, WAN and Wi-Fi
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• A professional, customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering outstanding support

Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for all IT-related queries and technical issues
• Diagnose, triage and resolve hardware, software and system issues
• Provide proactive support to minimise downtime and maintain business continuity
• Monitor system performance and escalate complex issues where required
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, requests and resolutions
• Assist with the maintenance and updating of desktop applications and network infrastructure
• Support system upgrades, deployments and rollout projects
• Work within agreed service levels and ensure a high standard of customer service
