Salary: £45,000 - 66,000 per year

Requirements:
  • Experience in IT audits, with extensive experience managing IT audits, technology and operational risks, controls, and technology assurance activities
  • Proven track record of designing, implementing, testing, and monitoring control environments
  • Relevant audit or assurance qualification, for example CISA or ACA
  • Working knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), Senior Accounting Officer (SAO), Payment Card Industry (PCI), data and information governance, and relevant UK/EU regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Ability to manage audits or process improvements end to end and identify control weaknesses or risks proactively
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and sound professional judgement in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to prioritise workloads and manage competing deadlines while maintaining high-quality outputs and strong attention to detail
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Experience preparing clear, evidence-based updates for senior stakeholders or audit and risk meetings
  • Experience managing, coaching, and developing team members
Responsibilities:
  • Manage all internal and external audit work across Sky Data, ensuring queries are addressed and requested evidence is provided in a timely manner
  • Track audit findings and provide updates and evidence to auditors until findings are closed
  • Carry out control activity on a weekly basis and raise any issues identified
  • Conduct assurance review work independently to Sky standards
  • Advise on the implementation of appropriate IT general controls across Sky Data
  • Advise on appropriate controls for key spreadsheets used across Sky Data
  • Advise on appropriate controls to satisfy IPE requirements
  • Identify risks across Sky Data and advise on appropriate risk management measures
  • Lead functional teams or projects and provide guidance to resolve data assurance issues as required
