Infrastructure & Security Engineer

Salary: £45,000 - 55,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong experience in infrastructure and network connectivity
• Experience in a Microsoft environment, including Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and SharePoint
• Understanding of IT compliance audit processes such as PCI-DSS
• Some hands-on cyber security experience

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of infrastructure and endpoints
• Oversee security operations, identity security, email security, automation, and patch management
• Mentor first-line engineers
• Work with security specialists to evaluate and introduce new platforms
• Mature alignment with the CIS Framework and help drive the cyber security roadmap
• Design playbooks and tune detections with our SOC partners concierge team
• Support the PCI-DSS audit cycle and ensure IR and DR plans are tested and current
