Implementation Specialist - Cookridge

Salary: £45,000 - 45,000 per year

Requirements:

• Degree is desirable but not essential
• A levels or equivalent

Responsibilities:

• Guide new customers through planning and managing the implementation of our SystmOne software
• Oversee and plan projects from start to finish in the UK and internationally
• Deliver a safe and successful migration for projects involving tens of thousands of patients
• Collaborate with other teams to address customer issues and solve complex problems
• Ensure customer satisfaction with the product and level of service provided
