Job Description
Salary: £65,000 - 65,000 per year
Requirements:- Strong hands-on Microsoft Entra (Entra ID) administration and configuration experience
- Experience with application registrations, SSO, secrets, and certificate management
- Experience in identity governance and access management
- Experience with automation within an IAM environment
- Experience mentoring or leading technical teams
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills
- Experience with SailPoint ISC, CIAM, Azure AD B2C, or Entra External ID would be advantageous
- Lead a small team of engineers within our IAM function
- Drive improvements across identity governance, authentication, and automation
- Help mature our established IAM environment
- Combine technical delivery with strategic input
- Influence the future direction of enterprise identity in our cloud-first environment

We are seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management Lead to join our major UK enterprise in Leeds on a hybrid basis, with three days on site. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with deep Microsoft Entra expertise who enjoys shaping technical delivery and strategy. You will join a collaborative security team working across architecture and engineering, with the opportunity to influence the future direction of enterprise identity in a modern, cloud-first environment.
