Identity & Access Management Lead

Salary: £65,000 - 65,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on Microsoft Entra (Entra ID) administration and configuration experience
• Experience with application registrations, SSO, secrets, and certificate management
• Experience in identity governance and access management
• Experience with automation within an IAM environment
• Experience mentoring or leading technical teams
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills
• Experience with SailPoint ISC, CIAM, Azure AD B2C, or Entra External ID would be advantageous

• Lead a small team of engineers within our IAM function
• Drive improvements across identity governance, authentication, and automation
• Help mature our established IAM environment
• Combine technical delivery with strategic input
• Influence the future direction of enterprise identity in our cloud-first environment

We are seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management Lead to join our major UK enterprise in Leeds on a hybrid basis, with three days on site. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with deep Microsoft Entra expertise who enjoys shaping technical delivery and strategy. You will join a collaborative security team working across architecture and engineering, with the opportunity to influence the future direction of enterprise identity in a modern, cloud-first environment.
