IAM Service Lead

Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong IAM Service Leadership experience in a hybrid environment
• Broad understanding of IGA, MFA, SSO, PAM and PKI
• Experience with MIM, Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta or BeyondTrust is highly desirable
• Ability to understand IAM technically and confidently lead the service and its stakeholders
• Must be UK-based and currently live in the UK
• Must be eligible for BPSS clearance
• We can consider ILR, Dependant visa and dual-national candidates

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the IAM service
• Work across service leadership, governance, stakeholder management and continuous improvement
• Lead IAM service design and the target operating model
• Lead transition, knowledge transfer and shadowing
• Manage KPIs and SLAs, including reporting
• Manage stakeholders, risks and issues
• Drive continuous service improvement

We are recruiting for an experienced IAM Service Lead for a senior opportunity within a complex hybrid IAM environment. The role is based in Manchester or Inverness and requires 5 days onsite. We are offering up to £100,000 plus a 5% bonus. This is a role for someone who can lead the service and its stakeholders while contributing to a mature IAM environment. Candidates from related titles such as IAM Service Lead, IAM Service Manager or IAM Lead may be suitable.
