Head of Digital Care & AI

Salary: £75,000 - 80,000 per year

Requirements:

• Operational experience within the care home sector.
• Experience implementing or managing digital care systems.
• A strong understanding of digital transformation and change management.
• Knowledge of AI technologies and their application within health or social care.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders across operational and clinical teams.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience working across multi-site operations is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the digital care systems strategy across multiple sites.
• Drive the adoption of AI and emerging technologies within our care services.
• Oversee the implementation and optimisation of electronic care planning and clinical systems.
• Work closely with operational, clinical and technology teams to improve care delivery.
• Lead digital transformation and change management initiatives.
• Ensure our digital systems support regulatory compliance and inspection readiness.
• Use data and reporting to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Build and develop our Digital Care & AI function as the organisation grows.
