GenAI Developer

Salary: £55,000 - 95,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require you to be eligible for SC (Security Check) clearance.
• We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Gen AI specialist with a strong background in designing and implementing AI solutions, ideally using AWS technology.
• We need someone with a deep understanding of generative AI techniques.
• You should be a technical data engineer with a strong desire and drive to learn new technologies and apply them in new spaces.
• You should have a strong technical facility to solve problems without significant oversight or leadership.
• You should have an understanding of AI and AI ethics.
• You should understand data safety when using large language models.
• You should have experience with either AWS or Azure.
• AWS experience should include boto3, Bedrock, Sagemaker, Lambda, S3, and EC2.
• Azure experience should include Azure OpenAI Service and Cosmos DB.
• You should have experience with Python.
• You should have experience with LangGraph.
• You should have experience with Neo4j and Cypher.
• Experience with other coding languages or frameworks such as Java or .Net is beneficial.
• You should have experience with AI RAG, Graph RAG, few shot detection, and embedding models/LLMs, including how they work and how they are trained.

Responsibilities:

• We deploy solutions into new customer tenants using a reusable method.
• We onboard customer documents into the solution, including ensuring diagrams are properly parsed.
• We configure LangChain for vector processing and graph extraction.
• We create agents to generate new outputs from existing knowledge graphs.
• We tune prompts so customers can find the information they are looking for.
• We collaborate with offshore teams and share knowledge with other AI developers around the world.
• We take on a wider range of responsibilities within our COE, including novel projects.
