• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience providing technical leadership, design review and engineering guidance.
• Digital banking experience is desirable.
• Large-scale migration/transformation programme experience is desirable.
• Kafka experience is desirable.
• TypeScript experience is desirable.
• GCP experience is desirable.
• Cloud-native architecture experience is desirable.
• CI/CD, DevOps and containerisation experience is desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and deliver scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Node.js and React.
• Contribute to and review solution architectures, technical designs and implementation approaches.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams.
• Drive engineering standards, coding best practices and overall solution quality.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, Enterprise Architects and Delivery Teams.
• Support engineering teams throughout the end-to-end delivery lifecycle.
• Contribute to large-scale digital banking transformation and migration programmes.
• Develop and integrate APIs, microservices and cloud-native solutions.
• Work with Oracle Database and Azure deployment platforms.
• Contribute to event-driven solutions using Kafka where required.
