Job Description

Salary: £66,000 - 106,000 per year

Requirements:
  • We require experience working as an engineer on MFD printers.
  • We require IT knowledge with the ability to network devices and set up scanning functions.
  • We require previous customer-facing experience and the ability to provide first-class customer service.
  • We require experience working in a target-driven environment.
  • We require you to be smart and presentable at all times.
  • We require willingness to undertake training on new product lines, such as laptops and PCs.
  • This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check and SC Clearance, including a basic criminal record check.
Responsibilities:
  • We carry out service visits to address reported calls and maintain high standards of professional service support.
  • We respond promptly to customer service requests for the repair of business equipment.
  • We diagnose faults and complete effective repairs through adjustments, cleaning, or spare parts replacement.
  • We carry out preventative maintenance in line with manufacturer guidelines and service management recommendations.
  • We communicate effectively with customers, provide detailed reports on completed work, and ensure acceptance of equipment condition and performance after service.
  • We install equipment sold by us and ensure it performs optimally to customer satisfaction.
  • We provide training and guidance to customers to help them maximise equipment efficiency and avoid operational errors.
  • We manage inventory of spare parts and consumables to support service operations.
