Experienced Property Manager - Software Support

Salary: £20,000 - 30,000 per year

• Proficiency with SME Professional Property Management Software is desirable.
• We require candidates to have property management experience.

Responsibilities:

• We engage with customers in a courteous, helpful and professional manner.
• We investigate and resolve client enquiries via telephone and email with efficiency, empathy, and clear communication.
• We accurately document and follow up on incoming enquiries.
• We provide step-by-step guidance on navigating our software during scheduled check-in calls and interactive training sessions.
• We use available documentation and collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve technical support queries.
• We maintain and contribute to an up-to-date knowledge base.
• We participate in project-based work as required.
• We support the development and delivery of training plans and sessions over time.
• We help clients become confident users of our software and act as the first point of contact for guidance and support.
• We help clients resolve complex issues and gain real value from SME Professional.
• We coach the wider team on industry best practice as we progress.
