Requirements:

• Delivered multiple full-cycle ERP implementations
• Experience within manufacturing, distribution, or product-based businesses
• Strong executive stakeholder management skills
• A track record of leading third-party implementation partners
• Experience delivering business transformation programmes, not just IT projects
• Hands-on experience across data migration, testing, and go-live activities
• Previous SYSPRO implementation experience is desirable
• Experience delivering ERP programmes across UK and international operations is desirable

Responsibilities:

• Lead a full end-to-end ERP implementation programme
• Own governance, project planning, reporting, and programme controls
• Manage executive stakeholders and Steering Committee meetings
• Hold implementation partners and third-party vendors accountable
• Coordinate business and technical workstreams
• Oversee integrations, data migration, testing, cutover, and go-live
• Drive business readiness, user adoption, and organisational change
• Manage risks, issues, and programme dependencies throughout delivery

We are a growing business embarking on a business-critical ERP transformation and are looking for an experienced ERP Implementation Project Manager to lead the programme. This is a 12-month contract role based in Hampshire with 3–4 days per week on-site, working outside IR35. You will take ownership of the implementation from mobilisation through to post-go-live, partnering with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and our implementation partner to ensure successful delivery.
