Job Description

Salary: £24,960 - 29,793.6 per year

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in 2nd-line IT desktop/hardware support.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Windows 11, M365, and Active Directory.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate IT jargon for non-technical users.
  • A relevant IT degree, Microsoft Certification, or ITIL Foundation knowledge is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide 2nd-line remote and on-site support for hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • Build, configure, and deploy workstations and laptops for technology refreshes.
  • Support and manage Active Directory, Windows 11, Office 365, Citrix, and Sophos.
  • Log, track, and resolve incidents within strict SLAs via the IT Service Desk.
