Job Description
Salary: £45,000 - 70,000 per year
Requirements:- We require proven experience in educational development within Higher Education settings.
- We require strong knowledge of learning, teaching, and assessment practices.
- We require demonstrated experience supporting Advance HE Routes to Fellowship programmes.
- We require Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA).
- We collaborate with academic and professional services colleagues to support innovative educational development initiatives.
- We facilitate the internal Advance HE Routes to Fellowship programme.
- We design, deliver, and evaluate engaging staff development workshops and events.
- We provide expert guidance on learning, teaching, and assessment methodologies.
- We develop comprehensive resources and guidance materials to support staff.
- We contribute to institutional projects and quality enhancement activities, ensuring best practices in education.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Educational Developer to join our dynamic Educational Development team within the Academy for Learning & Teaching at a prestigious institution in central London. This is a hybrid 3-month contract paying £31.87 per hour.
