Digital Product Owner

Salary: £35,000 - 50,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require experience in an agency, consultancy, or extensive external stakeholder management environment.
• We require experience working on web, CMS, or CRM projects.
• We require experience with requirements gathering.
• We require experience creating and owning user stories.
• We require experience with backlog management.
• We require experience supporting delivery across the full project lifecycle.
• We require excellent internal and external stakeholder communication skills.
• We require understanding and familiarity with the SDLC.
• We require experience flagging risks and removing blockers and impediments.
• We require experience with sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• We require the ability to align delivery with a product roadmap.
• We require a background in one of the following: Project Manager, Product Owner, Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, Business Analyst, or Software Developer with project or product ownership experience.
• We prefer certifications such as Scrum, PSM, CSM, CSPO, Prince2, or Agile.
• We prefer experience with Umbraco CMS.
• We prefer experience using Azure DevOps or Jira.
• We prefer awareness of frontend design principles, HTML, CSS, and responsive design.

Responsibilities:

• We will support the team with sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• We will gather and clarify requirements.
• We will work alongside developers who are stuck in the build process.
• We will communicate with stakeholders internally and externally.
• We will support new client calls and consultations.
• We will carry out Scrum duties.
• We will work on internal product improvements.
• We will support CMS product training as needed.
• We will help manage multiple priorities across a varied workload and several projects.
• We will support projects through the entire delivery lifecycle.
