Digital Product Manager Ecommerce

Salary: £53,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience as a Digital Product Manager within ecommerce or digital environments, working in agile teams
• Strong understanding of digital customer journeys and conversion rate optimisation
• Confident working cross-functionally with product, design and technology teams
• Experience using customer research, testing and experimentation to inform decisions
• A data-driven mindset with strong prioritisation and problem-solving skills
• Clear, confident stakeholder communication, with the ability to simplify complex topics
• Solid understanding of SEO and digital marketing channels, including PPC, display, social and VOD
• Desirable experience with Salesforce, Adobe Analytics/Target and Content Square

Responsibilities:

• Own ecommerce performance for our product area, focusing on acquisition, retention and seamless digital journeys
• Define and deliver product goals including conversion, average order value, NPV and NPS
• Use data, insight and user feedback to identify opportunities and prioritise improvements
• Lead a test-and-learn approach using qualitative and quantitative methods, including A/B testing, MVTs and user research
• Set and communicate clear roadmaps and OKRs aligned to business and customer needs
• Monitor market trends, competitors and partnership opportunities
• Work collaboratively with commercial, legal, regulatory and support teams to deliver compliant, scalable launches
• Support and develop cross-functional delivery teams and ways of working
