Digital Forensic Analyst
Job Description
Salary: £40,000 - 40,000 per year
Requirements:- Commercial or law enforcement experience in digital forensic investigations using industry-standard forensic tools.
- Strong understanding of digital evidence handling, forensic procedures, and relevant UK legislation.
- Professional certifications such as EnCE, X-Ways, Nuix, or Cellebrite would be highly desirable.
- Conduct forensic acquisition, examination, and analysis of digital devices in line with recognised standards and legislation.
- Produce clear forensic reports and intelligence summaries to support investigations and legal proceedings.
- Liaise with investigators, law enforcement, and partner organisations throughout casework.
- Assist with search operations and forensic strategies.
- Present evidence in court where required.
- Support laboratory quality standards and continuous improvement towards accredited working practices.
