DevOps Platforms Engineer

Salary: £33,000 - 73,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require an understanding of identity and access management, cloud networking, and cloud security best practices in Azure or AWS.
• We require experience implementing and managing Infrastructure as Code in enterprise environments.
• We require experience with containerisation and orchestration using Kubernetes.
• We require experience using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab, or similar CI/CD tools to design and implement pipelines.
• We require the ability to automate complex solutions using scripting or programming languages.
• We require experience designing and implementing robust monitoring solutions and advanced alerting strategies using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Azure Monitor.
• We require experience with log aggregation and observability using the ELK or EFK stack for Kubernetes environments.
• Desirable: experience implementing disaster recovery and high-availability solutions for critical systems.
• Desirable: exposure to multi-cloud architectures and hybrid cloud solutions.
• Desirable: understanding of cloud cost-optimisation strategies.
• Desirable: relevant Azure or AWS certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-400, AWS Solutions Architect Associate, AWS SysOps Administrator Associate, or CKA.

• We apply our expertise in cloud architecture, Infrastructure as Code, automation, and Kubernetes to deliver scalable, reliable, and secure platforms.
• We contribute to some of the industrys largest, most complex, and technically innovative programmes.
• We work as part of a forward-thinking team in our new purpose-built Leeds city-centre office.
