Requirements:

• We have experience delivering Data Governance, Data Literacy, or Data Enablement programmes.
• We have enterprise data catalogue experience, with Alation highly desirable.
• We have experience in stakeholder engagement, training, and change adoption.
• We have experience with metadata management and governance frameworks.
• We have experience with Tableau and/or Power BI.
• We have strong facilitation and communication skills.
• We have experience working within modern data and analytics environments.

Responsibilities:

• We embed data governance practices across the business.
• We design and deliver data literacy and training programmes.
• We lead workshops and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
• We drive adoption of data catalogue and governance tools.
• We support metadata management, business glossaries, and data discovery.
• We partner with business and technical teams to maximise data value.
