Salary: £60,000 - 90,000 per year

Requirements:
  • We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with strong MEP expertise.
  • We require experience in hyperscale data centres, mission critical environments, and high-density compute infrastructure.
  • We need someone who can review MEP designs and interpret electrical single line diagrams.
  • We require the ability to assess redundancy strategies and validate commissioning outcomes.
  • We are seeking a technically credible project leader who can challenge technical decisions throughout project delivery.
  • Experience with critical power, cooling, and supporting infrastructure systems is required.
  • The role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining control of timelines, deliverables, and technical detail.
Responsibilities:
  • We own the technical delivery and operational readiness of AI cluster expansion projects from build through to handover.
  • We act as the key interface between construction, commissioning, engineering, and operations teams.
  • We provide MEP subject matter expertise across critical power, cooling, and supporting infrastructure systems.
  • We review and interpret MV/LV Single Line Diagrams and validate electrical distribution topologies from utility intake through to IT load.
  • We verify N, N1, and 2N redundancy philosophies and maintain A/B path segregation throughout the electrical distribution architecture.
  • We support design reviews and identify potential single points of failure, maintenance isolation risks, and operational constraints.
  • We review commissioning procedures, energisation plans, and integrated systems testing activities.
  • We ensure all infrastructure is operationally ready for day one, including people, processes, suppliers, assets, and documentation.
  • We support design and construction activities with an operations-first and maintainability-focused mindset.
  • We oversee activities impacting live environments and minimise operational disruption.
  • We manage technical risks, dependencies, and issues, ensuring early visibility and effective resolution.
  • We drive project delivery across multiple contractors, vendors, and stakeholder groups.
  • We lead site acceptance activities, infrastructure handovers, and final sign-off processes.
  • We ensure all documentation, compliance requirements, as-built records, and quality standards are achieved.
  • We support the deployment of high-density AI compute environments and associated cooling technologies.
  • We drive resolution of technical, quality, equipment, and process-related issues.
  • We run project meetings, track milestones, and provide clear reporting to stakeholders.
  • We capture lessons learned and continuously improve project delivery and handover processes.
