D365 System Functional Configurator

Salary: £60,000 - 60,000 per year

Requirements:

• Commercial experience configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience across modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or Finance & Operations.
• Experience using Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Strong understanding of CRM and ERP business processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective Dynamics solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
• Translate business requirements into system configuration and automation.
• Build and maintain forms, views, dashboards, workflows, and reports.
• Configure security roles, permissions, and user access.
• Support data migrations, imports, and data integrity.
• Work closely with business users and technical teams to improve business processes.
• Support UAT, releases, and ongoing system improvements.

This is a remote role based in the UK, offering a salary of £60,000.
