D365 CE Functional Consultant

Salary: £65,000 - 105,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience configuring Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions in project situations
• Experience in a client-facing role with a Microsoft Gold Partner or equivalent industry experience
• One or more intermediate- or expert-level relevant Microsoft certifications
• Previous responsibility for independently creating project lifecycle deliverables
• Experience working in agile project delivery teams
• Project management skills
• Stakeholder management skills
• Sales support skills

Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with new and existing client team members.
• Document, propose, and discuss solution options as part of the programme team, including high-level and low-level design.
• Configure and develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions to meet project requirements.
• Work closely with technical development teams, including nearshore and offshore teams.
• Work with third-party providers to translate requirements and designs, ensuring the solution build meets expectations.
• Provide functional consulting support across all programme phases, including testing, business change, data migration, and cutover.
• Understand business requirements and scope changes, and highlight their impact on delivery teams or the technical solution.
• Provide subject matter expertise across programme workstreams, including testing, training, data, reporting, and business change.
• Support D365 CE functional responses and prepare demonstrations for sales pursuits.
• Build and test D365 CE functional intellectual property and assets.
