CPG/FMCG Business Intelligence Manager

Salary: £61,000 - 87,000 per year

Requirements:

• Substantial experience as an insights professional with a strong background in data analysis and interpretation
• In-depth familiarity with the creation of reporting content in Unify and experience designing visualizations using Circana data assets
• Proven ability to leverage data in innovative ways to solve client problems, including cause/effect analysis and strong curiosity
• Willingness to embrace new technologies and a passion for leveraging innovative solutions to drive business value
• Ability to establish strong relationships and credibility with internal and client stakeholder groups
• Proven track record of interacting with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering solutions that meet or exceed expectations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely
• Familiarity with large language model capabilities and generative AI tools such as ChatGPT is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Design future Circana Brainwaves that support our future commercial growth
• Translate unstructured, complex business problems into well-defined processes
• Ensure the Brainwaves we build focus on the right client problems and improve decision-making efficiency
• Determine the best combination of data assets, including third-party and client data, and Circana solutions to answer business questions
• Design Brainwaves that analyze and interpret data from various sources to generate meaningful insights
• Develop robust AI prompts to support synthesis, interpretation, and actionable recommendations
• Engage with internal and client stakeholders to ensure designs meet business needs and are commercially viable
