Responsibilities:
  • We support the identification and implementation of customer, company, and regulatory requirements.
  • We ensure compliance with customer and internal requirements.
  • We populate and maintain our MRP and data management systems.
  • We create and maintain program baselines.
  • We administer configuration and data management in line with our standard processes and practices.
  • We manage customer requirements and relevant program security requirements.
  • We are responsible for the Change Control Board in accordance with our procedure and customer requirements.
  • We interface and communicate with functional areas and customers.
  • We support external agency, accreditation body, and customer audits.
  • We issue and control customer and internal work instructions and procedures.
  • We provide input to configuration reporting and metrics.
  • We archive and maintain customer and company documentation and software in a suitable data management repository.
  • We support the use of our life cycle management systems as required by allocated programs.
  • We participate in process improvements through Raytheon CORE.
  • We support the timely closure of actions from audit nonconformities and customer 8Ds.
