Business Intelligence Manager

Salary: £75,000 - 75,000 per year

Requirements:

• Advanced SQL skills (this is a must)
• Experience working in a cloud data environment (BigQuery preferred)
• Experience managing data transformations in Dataform, and architecting data models in Looker
• Background in digital commerce, digital advertising, ad-tech, media, or marketplace platforms
• Experience delivering large data or analytics projects
• Ability to help shape solutions rather than waiting for instructions
• Familiarity with digital advertising or monetisation concepts (e.g. programmatic ads, revenue pipelines, inventory, commercial performance) (bonus)
• Knowledge of modern BI tools (such as Looker, Power BI, Tableau) (bonus)
• Experience with data modelling tools (e.g. dbt, Dataform, or equivalent) (bonus)

Responsibilities:

• Owning hands-on delivery of BI and analytics solutions, including SQL-driven pipelines and data models
• Partnering with commercial stakeholders (e.g. digital advertising, monetisation, revenue teams) to define problems and co-create the analytics roadmap
• Working in a Google-centric cloud environment, with a modern data stack
• Delivering and supporting large analytics or data initiatives, balancing technical delivery with stakeholder expectations
• Mentoring analysts and fostering a self-serve, solution-oriented analytics culture
