Business Development Manager Software Sales

Salary: £60,000 - 140,000 per year

Requirements:

• A strong track record in enterprise B2B software sales, ideally selling multi-faceted solutions into organisations with complex, layered stakeholder structures
• Confidence building business cases and demonstrating ROI
• Knowledge of considered, relationship-led sales with long cycles, senior stakeholders, and trust-based deals
• Comfort operating with autonomy in a scale-up environment

Responsibilities:

• Drive new business growth across a defined territory, building on an established customer base
• Develop and manage a strong pipeline of strategic opportunities
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and digital teams
• Lead complex sales cycles from discovery through to close
• Deliver compelling demonstrations, proposals and business cases
• Work closely with executive, product and delivery teams

We have delivered 350+ digital solutions across UK social housing and public sector organisations and are now entering an ambitious scale-up phase as we expand our solutions and market presence.
