Business Analyst / Product Manager - AI Healthcare

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst and/or Product Manager
• Strong discovery and requirements gathering skills
• Experience delivering healthcare technology or digital transformation projects
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
• Knowledge of Agile delivery and product development
• Experience with Radiology, MRI, PACS, RIS, DICOM or clinical systems
• Confident engaging with clinicians and technical teams
• Ability to turn complexity into clear, actionable plans
• Experience implementing AI imaging solutions such as SwiftMR, Subtle Medical, Aidoc, Gleamer, or similar AI-enabled radiology products is highly desirable
• Passion for delivering innovative healthcare solutions

Responsibilities:

• Lead discovery workshops with clinicians, IT and operational teams
• Capture business, clinical and technical requirements
• Map current and future MRI workflows
• Define product vision, roadmap and MVP
• Produce user stories, process maps and functional specifications
• Assess technical integration with PACS, RIS and DICOM environments
• Identify risks, dependencies and implementation recommendations
• Work closely with vendor and customer stakeholders to ensure project readiness
