BPA Integration Analyst
Job Description
Salary: £63,000 - 74,000 per year
Requirements:- Strong experience with Codeless Platform (BPA) tools and integration platforms.
- Experience integrating ERP systems with other business systems such as e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, and third-party applications.
- Strong understanding of business processes within manufacturing, supply chain, and accounting environments.
- Proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining API integrations and automated workflows.
- Experience implementing automation solutions that improve efficiency and reduce manual processing.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, MRP, CRM, stock management, manufacturing systems, and warehousing processes.
- Experience with SQL or database querying for troubleshooting, automation logic, and data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into automated and integrated technical solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and work effectively in fast-paced environments.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a willingness to learn and continuously improve systems and processes.
- Experience with Business Process Automation platforms such as BPA Platform, Power Automate, Make, or Zapier.
- Experience integrating with Magento, Shopify, Salesforce, or other e-commerce platforms.
- Experience designing automated data workflows between ERP, CRM, and e-commerce systems.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and middleware integration tools.
- Experience creating monitoring, logging, and alerting for automation workflows.
- Analyse business processes to identify opportunities for automation and system integration.
- Design, implement, and maintain BPA workflows to streamline operational processes and reduce manual data entry.
- Develop and manage integrations between ERP systems, e-commerce platforms, and other third-party applications using APIs and automation tools.
- Collaborate with departments including accounting, manufacturing, supply chain, and e-commerce to understand operational requirements and translate them into automated workflows.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise existing BPA processes to ensure reliability, performance, and data integrity.
- Support the ongoing development and enhancement of automated workflows and integration solutions across all company sites.
- Document automation processes, workflows, and integration configurations.
- Assist with system upgrades and ensure automation processes remain compatible with system updates.
- Provide technical support and training to internal users on automated processes and system integrations.
- Develop automated solutions to streamline repetitive data processing tasks.
- Produce technical and non-technical documentation for automation workflows and integrations.
- Assist with hardware and software installation, maintenance, and configuration when required.
