Backend Developer

Salary: £59,000 - 99,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require fluency in both French and English.
• We prefer previous experience in B2B sales, ideally toward HR, but this is not mandatory.
• We look for a self-starter with a track record of successful, credible lead follow-up and sales development at multiple executive levels within an organization.
• We expect the ability to contact prospects and book meetings by phone or email.
• We value a strong drive to push harder and consistently exceed targets.
• We need someone who can maintain high activity levels and motivate themselves.
• We look for a positive, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities:

• We own the full sales process, including prospecting, cold calling, booking meetings, closing deals, and onboarding clients.
• We work independently and take responsibility for our own sales results.
• We collaborate with our international sales team in Stockholm.
• We engage prospects and drive new business through active outreach.
• We represent our product and support clients through the onboarding process.
