Associate Software Engineer

Salary: £35,000 - 35,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong coding foundations in at least one major programming language; Python is our preferred language, and experience in another object-oriented language is also acceptable if you can learn Python quickly.
• Baseline understanding of how software interacts with networks and hardware.
• Ability to pass a rigorous technical assessment covering networking protocols, Linux, and programming fundamentals.
• 0–3 years of experience.
• Bachelors degree required.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities:

• Join us as an Associate Engineer and complete our fully paid 3-week onboarding and technical immersion program focused on Enterprise DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, and Agentic AI workflows.
• Work on-site with our enterprise partners in the Finance, Fintech, and Technology sectors in London after onboarding.
• Contribute to hands-on work with Kubernetes, advanced AWS architecture, and production Agentic AI workflows.
• Build your enterprise engineering profile while receiving direct 1-on-1 technical and architectural guidance from our senior engineering staff.
• Grow within our structured career path as we place you directly with end clients.
