Associate Director Cyber Security

Salary: £58,000 - 98,000 per year

Requirements:

• Significant experience delivering cyber security assurance and advisory services.
• Strong external profile and an extensive network of contacts across industry.
• Proven experience of winning new business and leveraging existing client relationships.
• Experience of creating and developing client relationships to win work and increase revenue.
• Experience of creating new business proposals and responding to RFPs.
• Experience in managing engagements end-to-end in a professional services context.
• Experience of delivering security leadership services such as vCISO.
• Business and commercial-minded approach.
• Passion to continue a career in technology, cyber, risk management, and provide defensive and offensive cyber services to clients.

Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on cyber security strategy, programmes, resilience, controls and compliance, and emerging technology such as artificial intelligence and blockchain.
• Lead and coach high-performing teams, including resource management, recruitment, and team development.
• Deliver high-value, quality client work by leading teams providing specialist cyber services and advice.
• Drive external market activities and identify new business opportunities.
• Develop client relationships and create proposals that demonstrate our capability to meet client needs.
• Manage client relationships with Partners to ensure work adds value and is delivered timely and profitably.
• Manage cyber services, including capability development and quality assurance of work and reporting.
