Requirements:

• Experienced Active Directory Engineer/Specialist
• Hands-on experience performing domain migrations
• Experience decommissioning legacy domains
• Ability to produce and own HLD and LLD documentation
• Experience inputting into delivery planning
• Experience with AD DS, Entra, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Sites and Services, Certificate Services, hosted SQL databases, migration validation, and legacy-domain decommissioning

Responsibilities:

• Produce and own HLD and LLD documentation
• Input into delivery planning
• Perform domain migrations
• Decommission legacy domains
• Work on migration activities across users, groups, service accounts, servers, OUs, GPOs, DNS zones, DHCP scopes, and AD topology
• Support migration validation

We are offering a 6 month contract with strong potential for extension. The role is fully onsite in Newcastle upon Tyne and sits inside IR35 at £500-£565 per day via umbrella. We are looking to bring in an experienced Active Directory specialist to support an exciting domain migration programme, with the opportunity to contribute to a high-profile project and extend beyond the initial contract period.
