Salary: £60,000 - 100,000 per year

• Platform Developer II

• Certified App Builder
• Certified Administrator
• Channel specialization in Marketing Cloud, Pardot, CPQ, Einstein Analytics, or Community Cloud
• A Certified Technical Architect qualification is desirable
• Deep understanding of declarative and coded approaches and when to apply them
• Expert knowledge of Salesforce platform sharing and security
• Deep understanding of Single Sign-On solutions
• Expert knowledge of Lightning Components is desirable
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, including with C-level executives
• Honesty and openness
• Full understanding of the commercial impact of decisions
• Full understanding of the Credera Delivery Approach and ability to identify gaps and issues
• Experience overseeing multiple concurrent projects across multiple clients
• Experience leading multiple technical deliveries for teams of five or more
• Experience designing enterprise-scale solutions involving multiple Salesforce clouds, integrations (including middleware), and migration of large volumes of data

Responsibilities:

• Guide and support Technical Architects and Technical Leads so they can lead their teams and meet BrightGen best practices
• Guide and support the wider Technical Delivery Team
• Contribute to continuous improvements in the Technical Delivery Teams roles and responsibilities
• Improve career progression and planning for Technical Delivery Team members, and support ongoing reviews
• Improve onboarding approaches and materials, and mentoring for new Technical Delivery Team members
• Define training and recruitment needs for the Technical Delivery Team
• Support our HR team with recruitment activities, including telephone screenings and face-to-face interviews
• Maintain certifications and up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce releases, and support team members in doing the same
• Deliver Lunch and Learn sessions and support others in presenting them
• Ensure identified reusable assets, including design patterns, principles, and technical components, are actioned
• Improve technical templates by clarifying their objectives and purpose and providing examples to support consistent delivery
• Enable peer reviews across projects
• Review and approve proposed solutions and solution changes from Technical Architects and Technical Leads
• Work with BrightGen Service Managers to establish a smooth transition from project delivery to Service Management
• Attend pre-sales engagements and collaborate with Sales and Pre-Sales teams to provide customers with appropriate solutions and achievable estimates and timescales
• Promote positive, professional team behaviours by example and act as a role model
• Identify, promote, and advance opportunities to improve how the team works
• Serve as an escalation point for Technical Delivery Team members
• Support the satisfaction and retention of Technical Delivery Team members
