Epicor Analyst Programmer
Job Description
Salary: £65,000 - 105,000 per year
Requirements:- Previous experience working with Epicor ERP/Kinetic
- Strong knowledge of C#, .NET and SQL Server
- Experience with BAQs, BPMs, SSRS and Application Studio
- Experience working with REST APIs and system integrations
- Experience with ECM/DocStar
- An understanding of manufacturing, finance, supply chain or distribution processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders across different areas of the business
- Experience with Azure, Microsoft 365, source control, release management, Epicor upgrades or cloud migrations would be beneficial
- Organised, with good attention to detail and able to work independently and as part of a wider IT team
- Able to communicate with technical and non-technical colleagues and turn business requirements into practical solutions
- Develop and maintain Epicor ERP/Kinetic enhancements, customisations, dashboards and reports
- Create and maintain BAQs, BPMs, Functions and SSRS reports
- Support Application Studio and Configurator development
- Work with teams across the business to understand requirements and turn them into practical technical solutions
- Troubleshoot Epicor, ECM and other integrated application issues
- Provide second- and third-line support for ERP-related issues
- Develop and maintain integrations between Epicor, ECM (DocStar), Bartender and other business systems
- Work with REST APIs and other integration technologies
- Support data migrations, imports, exports and automation
- Create and maintain SQL Server queries, stored procedures and database views
- Support Epicor upgrades and wider system improvement projects
- Support testing, UAT, go-live and post-implementation activities
- Produce clear technical and system documentation
- Provide guidance and support to end users and other team members

We are looking for an experienced Epicor Analyst Programmer to join our IT team and support the ongoing development and improvement of our Epicor ERP/Kinetic system. You will work closely with teams across Manufacturing, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering and Customer Services. This is a permanent, full-time hybrid role based in Radstock, near Bath, with remote working and one week per month on site. We offer a competitive salary and a varied role focused on developing and improving our business systems.
