Requirements:

• Candidates must be SC eligible.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyse current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop functional specifications and communicate them to relevant teams.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions.
• Assist with testing and implementing new systems and processes.
• Monitor and report on project progress and deliverables.
• Provide training and support to end-users after implementation.

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team and work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs, analyse processes, and recommend solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness. The role supports strategic initiatives and successful project outcomes. It is hybrid, with monthly travel required, and is due to start as soon as possible. The contract ends on 31 March 2027, at a day rate of £375 inside IR35.
