Performance Analyst

Salary: £24,500 - 42,000 per year

• Competence with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Automate and Power Apps, is desirable
• Knowledge of DAX and Power M Query Language used in Power BI is desirable
• Competence with working with existing systems such as ProCore, Causeway and CEMAR is desirable

Responsibilities:

• Bring together different data sources to produce and manage key reports and dashboards, highlighting various aspects of business and operational performance
• Cleanse and analyse data to identify trends and provide insight into performance to support improvement of the service
• Work with teams across all functions of the business to understand their requirements and provide data and performance support
• Develop and improve methods of data capture and storage
• Manage key local systems used on Cambridgeshire Highways and Peterborough Highway Services contracts
• Attend meetings to discuss performance
• Support the automation and digital transformation of business operations
• Provide administrative support to systems, user access and documentation
• Engage with Central IT and digital teams to ensure consistency
