Forward Deployed Engineer

Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong software engineering experience with modern development frameworks.
• Experience building production-grade systems and end-user applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a bias for action.
• Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and rapidly deliver solutions.
• Experience with cloud platforms, data pipelines, APIs, and AI/ML tooling.
• Strong communication skills and commercial mindset.
• Nice to have: experience in financial services, quantitative research, trading, or investment management.
• Nice to have: exposure to LLMs, AI agents, NLP, or advanced analytics.
• Nice to have: experience working in highly data-driven environments.
