Senior React Full Stack Developer

Salary: £50,000 - 60,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience as a senior or lead level full stack developer with demonstrable projects using modern web technologies
• Strong focus on front end development, including React and ideally Next.js, as well as Python or Django
• Experience or some exposure to Headless CMS and API-driven architectures
• Experience using CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices
• Good communication skills
• Experience working with external technical stakeholders
• Full, unrestricted rights to work in the UK are required; no company sponsorship

Responsibilities:

• Take a leading role as a Senior Developer to realise innovative web products as part of our digital transformation
• Lead new web application projects and take a critical hands-on approach to shape them
• Focus on user experience and use modern web technologies to optimise visibility and stakeholder engagement
• Contribute to design, build, test, optimisation and operation of our web applications
• Work hands-on while also providing technical leadership

The role is based in Duxford, Cambridgeshire, with hybrid working available and a minimum of two days in the office. Other flexible full-time working arrangements are possible. This is an initial 24-month fixed-term role with the possibility of extension to be discussed near the end of the term.
