Product Manager

Salary: £50,000 - 60,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience working in Product Management or a similar product-focused role.
• Confident in a client-facing role, leading discovery conversations and delivering engaging product demos to prospective clients.
• A good understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working with cross-functional teams.
• A data-driven approach to decision making, with experience using Power BI or similar analytics tools.
• A genuine interest in building products that solve customer problems and deliver business value.
• A full UK driving licence, as travel to client and company locations will be required.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the product roadmap based on customer needs, market trends and business priorities.
• Work directly with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and identify opportunities.
• Use data and analytics to support product decisions and prioritisation.
• Define and prioritise new features and enhancements.
• Represent the product in customer and sales meetings, including demonstrating the platform and answering questions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups and retrospectives.
• Monitor competitors, industry trends and emerging technologies.

Were an established technology business in Aberdeen, and were looking for a Product Manager to join our growing digital team. This is an opportunity to be at the centre of product development, working closely with customers, stakeholders, engineering and delivery teams to build products that solve real problems. The role is hybrid, with 2 days per week based in our Aberdeen office and regular travel to client sites as required.
