Change Lead

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading change on financial or ERP transformation programmes
• Strong financial change background and understanding of core finance processes
• Experience with MS Dynamics, specifically Finance and Operations
• Broader experience with finance and ERP systems
• Strong stakeholder management experience across senior and delivery teams
• Hands-on delivery style, with the ability to do the work directly
• Not-for-profit sector experience is beneficial
• Knowledge of the ADKAR framework is highly desirable
• Must hold or be eligible to obtain BPSS clearance

We are recruiting for a Change Lead to join a public sector organisation in London on an initial 8-month contract, paying up to £700 per day inside IR35 via umbrella. This is a hybrid role with an expectation to attend our London office two days a week. We are looking for someone who can lead financial change and work closely with stakeholders across the organisation.
