SAP SuccessFactors Consultant - EC / RCM

Salary: £45,000 - 60,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with focus on Employee Central (EC) and Recruitment Management (RCM)
• Certification and hands-on implementation experience in at least one of Employee Central or Recruiting Management
• Experience working with HR and business stakeholders

Responsibilities:

• Support client workshops and requirements gathering
• Configure SuccessFactors and contribute to solution design
• Participate in testing, go-live, and support activities
• Work directly with HR and business stakeholders
• Support wider SuccessFactors and HR transformation projects
