Senior Transformation Lead

Salary: £76,000 - 96,000 per year

Requirements:

• HR transformation, HR technology, or HRIT experience
• Large-scale enterprise HR transformation programme experience
• Oracle HCM or Oracle Fusion HCM experience
• HR operating model and service transformation experience
• Programme, portfolio, or transformation leadership at Director, Programme Director, Transformation Director, Delivery Lead, or equivalent level
• Experience with transformation roadmaps, prioritisation, budgets, risks, and dependencies
• Experience working across multiple HR functions and senior stakeholder groups
• HR technology implementation and transformation experience
• Executive governance and investment decision-making experience
• Change management, adoption, and benefits realisation experience
• Experience translating HR and business requirements into technology-enabled solutions
• Experience with GenAI, AI-enabled HR services, Microsoft Copilot or similar AI assistants, intelligent automation, employee self-service, HR process automation, AI-enabled operating models, and AI governance is desirable

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end HR transformation across people, process, technology, and operating model
• Define and own the transformation strategy, roadmap, priorities, and delivery plan
• Coordinate multiple HR transformation initiatives and manage dependencies across programmes
• Drive prioritisation, investment decisions, risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, and trade-offs
• Partner with senior HR leadership to identify and deliver high-value transformation opportunities
• Identify opportunities for AI, GenAI, automation, and intelligent HR services
• Ensure HR technology strategy and transformation roadmap are aligned with Oracle HCM and Oracle Fusion HCM
• Translate HR and business requirements into practical transformation initiatives and technology solutions
• Establish strong governance across HR, HRIT, Technology, Data, Legal, Risk, and Information Security
• Lead change, adoption, and stakeholder engagement to ensure transformation benefits are realised
• Track benefits, adoption, ROI, and measurable business outcomes
• Provide clear executive-level reporting, recommendations, and decision support

We are hiring a Director / Senior Transformation Lead to lead a major HR transformation focused on AI, automation, HR technology, and operating model redesign. This is a strategic leadership role rather than a hands-on AI engineering position, and you will work closely with senior HR, HRIT, Technology, Data, Risk, and business stakeholders. Strong Oracle HCM / Oracle Fusion HCM experience is highly desirable. The role is based in the UK on a hybrid basis with 3 days onsite, and the contract rate is £700–£800/day. We are looking for someone who can identify valuable AI and automation opportunities and integrate them into a broader HR transformation roadmap.
