Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant - Senior Manager

Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM / Oracle HCM Cloud
• Experience delivering Oracle Fusion HCM implementations or transformation programmes
• Consulting, professional services or significant client-facing delivery experience
• An understanding of the full implementation lifecycle
• Experience translating business requirements into functional or technical solutions
• Business analysis, process analysis, requirements gathering and/or functional design experience
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience working with large or complex client organisations
• The ability to communicate technical Oracle capabilities clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• A consultative approach to understanding client challenges and developing appropriate solutions
• Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly as required by client and project commitments
• For more senior appointments, experience including ownership of Oracle Fusion HCM functional workstreams, solution and functional design leadership, client workshop facilitation, senior stakeholder management, programme and delivery leadership, management and development of consulting teams, transformation strategy and solution shaping, delivery governance and risk management, and practice development and business development
• Desirable: experience across multiple Oracle Fusion HCM modules
• Desirable: public sector transformation experience
• Desirable: major consulting or professional services organisation experience
• Desirable: global transformation programme experience
• Desirable: HR, Oracle or project management qualifications
• Desirable: experience operating within complex matrix organisations
• Desirable: multi-sector transformation experience
• Candidates must already hold SC clearance or be eligible to qualify for it

Responsibilities:

• Deliver Oracle Fusion HCM solutions across large-scale HR transformation programmes
• Work across the full end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementation lifecycle
• Lead or support business analysis, process analysis and requirements gathering
• Translate client requirements into functional and solution designs
• Configure, design or support Oracle HCM Cloud/Fusion solutions across relevant modules
• Facilitate client workshops and engage with stakeholders across complex organisations
• Identify business challenges and use Oracle Fusion HCM capabilities to develop effective solutions
• Support or lead functional workstreams
• Manage delivery risks, issues, dependencies and governance
• Lead and develop consulting teams at more senior levels
• Shape transformation strategies and delivery approaches
• Contribute to practice development, business development and client growth at senior levels

This is a national opportunity with hybrid working across major UK office hubs and travel to client sites and other locations as required. Salary is £30,000 - £110,000 depending on seniority, experience and suitability, and the role is permanent. We offer opportunities to work on complex HR transformation programmes, with the level and scope of responsibility aligned to your Oracle Fusion HCM expertise, consulting background and delivery experience.
