SAP PLM Consultant - S/4HANA & PEO

Salary: £60,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements:

• Must hold active UK Developed Vetting (DV) Security Clearance
• Hands-on experience supporting SAP PEO, DMS, or PLMSI solutions within SAP S/4HANA
• Background in engineering-to-manufacturing lifecycle processes, including BOM management and product data governance
• Experience operating within complex, highly regulated engineering, defence, or manufacturing sectors
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities:

• Support SAP PLM and PEO processes within a secure S/4HANA landscape
• Act as a key functional specialist within an Application Development & Maintenance (ADM) team
• Manage engineering change control, version management, and BOM transitions
• Support SAP DMS, CAD/3D model data, and PLMSI integration workflows
• Investigate and resolve process issues and service requests in secure client environments
• Bridge the gap between design and production by managing product structures and BOM transitions from EBOM to MBOM
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing stakeholders across complex industries such as aerospace and defence
