Product Manager (US Loans) - Charing Cross

Salary: £61,000 - 101,000 per year

Requirements:

• We have 3 years of experience in Product, Strategy, or Analytics, including at least 1 year in a Product Manager role.
• We have 1 year of experience in fintech, financial services, or a strong grasp of lending and credit.
• We are highly curious systems thinkers who connect dots and consider end-to-end impact.
• We have built with AI, including agents, workflows, code generation, or analysis.
• We have a track record of shipping products that moved real business metrics.
• We are very comfortable with data, analysis, and SQL, and we can answer our own questions.
• Bonus: we have high-growth startup or scale-up experience.

Responsibilities:

• We own multiple product areas to support the expansion of our US Personal Loans business.
• We define strategy, ship features, and drive outcomes end-to-end.
• We work with data science to get our proprietary credit models into production and turn research into real lending decisions.
• We design and personally build automations that make our operations team more efficient.
• We use data to identify initiatives that improve credit quality, reduce losses, help customers, or grow volume.
• We explore how to use LLMs to support customer service, servicing, and collections.
• We A/B test customer journeys from application through servicing to improve conversion, satisfaction, and repayment.
• We improve the post-origination experience, including payments, customer support, and everything that happens after a loan is funded.
• We lead the team and align everyone around us to improve the tools and processes we use to deliver quickly.
• We break complex problems into shippable pieces and own the outcome under ambiguity.
• We communicate crisply with the MD, engineers, and in written specs.
• We build cross-functional relationships and bring the right people together.
• We move fast, default to action, and course-correct when needed.

This role sits within our US Personal Loans business and reports to the Head of Product, working closely with the Managing Director of US Loans. You will join a collaborative team of PMs, engineers, data scientists, credit risk specialists, growth, and operations colleagues across our London office, European remote locations, and our Arlington, Virginia office near DC.
