Head of IT Architecture & Data - Wimbledon

Salary: £110,000 - 120,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven enterprise architecture leadership experience, including data architecture.
• Experience defining strategy, standards, governance and roadmaps in a complex environment.
• Strong understanding of business, application, data, integration and technology architecture.
• Experience designing scalable, resilient and supportable solutions across cloud and SaaS environments.
• Good knowledge of data governance, AI governance, risk, assurance and control.
• The ability to explain complex topics clearly and influence senior stakeholders with credibility.
• Experience in a regulated or professional services environment would be advantageous.
• We are looking for someone with a blended background in IT architecture, data and data governance.
• You will be familiar with CISO set-ups.
• We ideally want someone from a Law Firm background, or professional services at the very least.
• You should come from a technical background such as Solution Architecture or Data Architecture and have progressed into leadership.
• Proven leadership skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Lead our IT Architecture and Data function.
• Work hands on as well as strategically.
• Define strategy, standards, governance and roadmaps.
• Design scalable, resilient and supportable solutions across cloud and SaaS environments.
• Engage with stakeholders and influence senior leaders with credibility.
• Travel to other UK sites on occasions.
• Support our hybrid working model with circa 2 days per week in our Central London office.
