• Hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration experience.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM.
• Experience supporting ServiceNow platform improvements.
• Active SC Clearance.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Exposure to ServiceNow ITOM.

Responsibilities:

• Support ServiceNow enhancements and backlog remediation activities.
• Configure and maintain ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM solutions.
• Assist with incident, change and service management workflows.
• Provide technical support and contribute to platform improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior consultants and client stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.

We are supporting a project within the Ministry of Justice as part of a ServiceNow team delivering platform enhancements and remediation activities. This is a contract role for 2-3 months, offered at up to £450 per day inside IR35, with predominantly remote working and occasional attendance in London. We are looking for someone to help us maintain and improve ServiceNow capabilities across key service management functions.
