IT Trainer

Salary: £50,000 - 50,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience designing and delivering technology training
• Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge, particularly Teams, Outlook, Word and Excel
• Experience supporting technology adoption, digital transformation or change programmes
• An understanding of AI and its business applications
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong coaching, mentoring and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work with people at all levels
• Excellent organisation and problem-solving skills
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging technology training to colleagues with varying levels of technical ability
• Work closely with the IT team and wider business to help users adopt new technology and make the most of existing systems
• Design and deliver classroom, remote and one-to-one technology training
• Create user guides, training materials, videos and quick reference guides
• Support the rollout and adoption of new technology and digital initiatives
• Deliver training around Microsoft 365, particularly Teams, Outlook, Word and Excel
• Support AI adoption and help colleagues understand its practical applications
• Deliver cybersecurity, phishing and technology awareness training
• Work alongside IT and business stakeholders on digital transformation and change initiatives
• Adapt training to suit different audiences and learning styles
• Travel between multiple offices as required
