Sr Lead, Arch Solutions

Salary: £32,000 - 72,000 per year

Requirements:

• We have deep knowledge of application or infrastructure systems architecture, usually with experience across multiple system technologies.
• We have excellent consultative and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with clients, partners, and IT management and staff.
• We have strong project management skills and strong analytical ability.
• We have knowledge of several high-level languages and Assembler language.
• We have a bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related discipline and experience in information system architecture methodologies, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• We have the right to work in the United Kingdom at the time of application and for the duration of employment.

Responsibilities:

• We thoroughly understand decision-process issues of technology choice, such as capacities, response time, data interfacing, and client-server communication.
• We participate in building new and ongoing vendor relationships.
• We evaluate and select from existing and emerging technologies the options best fitting business and project needs.
• We promote sharing of expertise through consulting, presentations, and documentation.
• We serve as experienced functional experts with technical and/or business knowledge and functional expertise.
• We carry out complex initiatives involving multiple disciplines and/or ambiguous issues.
• We display a balanced, cross-functional perspective, liaising with the business to help improve efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity.
• We are strategic in developing, implementing, and administering programs within functional areas.
• We provide leadership and guidance to staff, fostering an environment that encourages employee participation, teamwork, and communication.
